We, the ISRS 2018 Organizing and Technical Program Committees, extend the deadline for full paper submission and pre-registration to 13:00 (KST), 26 March, 2018. But, this extended deadline is NOT applied to authors who applied for the Student Paper Competition.
There will be no additional deadline extension due to our tight schedule for preparation of ISRS 2018.

Important dates:
Full paper submission: 16 March  13:00 (KST), 26 March
Pre-registration: 16 March  13:00 (KST), 26 March
Full paper submission for the Student Paper Competition: 16 March

In addition, we provide three flexible options for full paper submission by taking many requests from authors:
Option 1: Please prepare your full paper using the full paper template and submit it to the online submission page by the extended deadline. You must upload two soft-copy files including an MS Word file and a print-ready pdf file. The full paper submitted will be included in the ISRS 2018 proceedings. Submission via email is NOT allowed.

Option 2: In case that you don’t want to submit your full paper, you can submit either the abstract already submitted or extended abstract. Please prepare one-page abstract (one column) using the full paper template and submit it to the online submission page by the extended deadline. If you want, you can include Acknowledgements. Like Option 1, two soft-copy files including an MS Word file and a print-ready pdf file are required for online submission. This edited abstract will be included into the ISRS 2018 proceedings. If you don’t submit the edited abstract online, we will consider you withdraw the presentation at ISRS 2018. Submission via email is NOT allowed.

Option 3: In case that you don’t want either your full paper or one-page abstract to be included in the proceedings, you can make a presentation at ISRS 2018, provided that you pre-register and pay registration fees by the extended deadline. Your presentation will be included only in the ISRS 2018 program booklet. If you don’t pre-register by the extended deadline, your presentation will be excluded in the final program.

Student Paper Competition: If you applied for the Student Paper Competition, you MUST submit your full paper (not one-page abstract: only Option 1 is allowed) by the original deadline (16 March, 2018). Since it takes much time for the Technical Program Committee to evaluate a lot of full papers, we could not apply to the extended deadline. But, you can pre-register and pay registration fees by the extended deadline.

Please note again that for above all cases, all authors MUST pre-register and pay registration fees by 13:00 (KST), 26 March, 2018 in order that their presentations and full papers be retained in the final program and proceedings. Pre-registration is considered complete only if the registration fees are paid.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the KSRS Secretariat (ksrs@ksrs.or.kr).

Looking forward to seeing you in Pyeonchang.

Sincerely yours
